| 摘 要： | 通过分析国内外就业指导的发展史，研究了我国大学生就业指令的现状。针对目前我国大学生就业指导存在的问题，提出需要拓宽和延伸大学生就业指导工作的内容，帮助大学生发展健全的职业自我概念，从“就业安置”指导向生涯辅手转变。

| Abstract: | Through an analysis of the development of job locating consultancy at home and abroad, the present state of that of Chinese university students is studied in the paper. It is suggested that, in view of the existing problems, it is necessary to broaden and extend the scope of the consultancy and help the students to cultivate a sound self concept of a career and realize a gradual shift from `job locating settlement' consultancy to career tutorial consultancy. |
