| Abstract: | The Party branch secretary of departments is the foundation of all the work and combat effectiveness of the Party.It's also the bridge that links the Party and the masses.In the new situation,how to strengthen the Party's construction of the basic organization,especially how to make the Party branch secretary of departments play the political role of a nucleus is a big problem in the Party's construction of colleges.So it's necessary to find out the specific problems that influence the party branch secretary of departments and the effective ways that impel it to play its political role of a nucleus. |
