| 摘 要： | 以《中国文献编目规则》的有关规定为依据,介绍一种光盘图书的编目和典藏利用方法:启用CNMARC135、230等字段,将图书及其所附光盘的书目信息编入同一条记录,在905@b中记录附盘的财产号,附盘进入图书馆的自动化系统进行管理,附盘内容转换成压缩文件存放在图书馆服务器上,实现网上查询阅读和下载,并分析这种方法的优缺点,指出进一步的改进措施。

| Abstract: | According to the Catalogue Rules of Documents in China, cataloguing of books with disks attached and a recording method of book reservation are introduced in this paper. Information of attached disks and their books can be listed in the same item by using CNMARC 135.230, then tag the number of the attached disk in 905@ b, and the attached disk will be operated through the automatic system of the library. In this way, contents on disks are transferred into compressed files in the server in order to read and download files online. In addition, advantages and disadvantages of the introduced method are analyzed in this paper, and further improvements are proposed at last. |
