| 摘 要： | 随着人类社会的发展,城市化进程的加速,社会复杂性和流动性急剧增加,随之而来的世界范围内的突发事件日益增多,公共安全形势日益严峻.突发事件应急安全信息管理的研究,是关系到国计民生和人民群众生命财产的重大科研攻关项目.如何更好地利用现有资源以及掌握的科学技术应对公共安全突发事件,更好地保护人民生命财产,就越发具有突出的现实意义与实用价值.

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the development of the society and the acceleration of urbanization process,the social mobility and the complexity are unprecedentedly increasing,and the worldwide incident and the public security situation are becoming more and more serious.Emergency safety information management research is a major scientific research project related to national economy,people's lives and property.How to make better use of existing resources,science and technology to deal with the public security incidents has outstanding practical significance and practical value. |
