现代学校制度是根据一定的理念,把各种关于学校教育的规则按照合理性和内在关联性原则组成的动态平衡、协调发展的体系。这一体系的演进包括旧有制度体系功能的衰竭死亡、新制度体系的创生以及新制度体系的和谐三个过程。学校制度系统是复杂的生态系统,其变革行为和方式遵循一定的规律。然而,教育的本质决定着一切学校制度,具有其自身无法克服的局限性。

Evolution and Flaws of Modern School System

Based on certain ideas, modern school system is one of dynamic balance and coordinated development. It is composed of all kinds of school education rules in accordance with rational and intrinsic connection principle. The evolution of this system undergoes three procedures: the functional decline and death of the old system, the invention of the new system and the harmony of the new system. The school institution system is a complex ecosystem, whose reform behavior follows certain rules. However, the essence of education determines that all schools have their limitations which they are unable to overcome by themselves.
