| Abstract: | Ideological and political work is an important part in the cultivation of high-quality talents at colleges. To further implement the educational concept of putting man first and bring into play the function of ideological and political work, it is essential for ideological and political workers to give priority to students' psychological education and to usher in the principle of psychological education so as to be equipped with new working guidlines. |
