竞技太极拳发展过程中存在的主要问题及对策研究

文章采用文献研究法、访谈法、录像观察法等研究方法,对竞技太极拳的发展做了相关研究。目前竞技太极拳存在的主要问题有:偏重难度动作,淡化太极拳的风格特色;套路编排质量有待提高;创新技术偏少、率先创新的技术动作相对更少;音乐选择有待重视。针对以上存在的问题,采取的对策包括:基本动作和难度动作要协调发展;套路编排要体现充实性、严谨性及合理性;鼓励技术创新;套路演练与音乐要有机融合。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Competitive Taijiquan

This essay does some research on the evolution of competitive Taijiquan with the methods of documentation,experts interview,video-study.The problems are: Stressing on difficult actions and reducing its own characteristics;the quality of routine arrangement needing to improve;little creativity and less creative skills;needing much attention to music.The answers to the problems mentioned above are: the basic action should be harmoniously developed with difficult actions;the routine programmer arrangement should be of completeness,strutness and reason;Encouraging skill creativity;the routine programmer practice and music should be combined very well.
