Lots of dormant shareholders exist in our actual economic life in our country, which have become an important part of our economic life. But according to the lack of relative laws which standardize the dormant shareholders＇ legal rights in China, some people are used of the status of the dormant shareholder to gain illegal benefits. Nevertheless, during the process of the revolution of enterprises＇ system, the people, who are forced to be a dormant shareholder, always become victims whose legal benefits can＇ t be protected by thelaw. Through confirming the standard of the dormant shareholder and modifying the law can solve such issues.
