| 摘 要： | 清末留学教育高潮兴起于１９０５年的教育大变革，其动因主要源于国内科举考试的废止及国外政策的吸引。从留学生构成、学科选择，到留学管理政策、留学国别趋向的演变，都形成了一系列相应的特点。持续不断的“留学热”极大地推动了中国高等教育近代化的发展。 |
