| 摘 要： | 学校教育工作的首要任务就是增进学生健康,健康教育的目的是培养学生的良好的卫生行为和习惯。在中学教育中如何利用好健康教育课,帮助中学生预防、脱离亚健康的状态,寻找中学生健康成长的良好途径和方法,成为中学健康教育的重要内容。本文通过分析中学生亚健康的症状和成因,提出了健康教育中应该从习惯养成教育、心理教育、以及社会、家庭的教育等方面入手,帮助中学生预防、脱离亚健康的状态。
