| 摘 要： | 分析新时期（主要是指进入21世纪以来）研究生群体显现出的新情况、新特点,针对研究生党建工作存在的党员培养缺乏长效机制、支部设置不合理、建设薄弱、党员培养力量分散、党建载体形式单一等问题,探索研究生党建工作的思路、办法和途径,将对加强和改进新时期研究生党建工作具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | To analyze the new circs and features of graduate students in new era,especially to aim at the problems of CPC'S Building of graduate students,such as lack of long effect system in party members training,the irrationality of branch setting,the weak construction,separate forces in training members,single carrier form,and so on.To explore the ideas,measures and approaches of graduate students CPC building will be vital to the work in the new era. |
