| 摘 要： | 昆体良认为,教师应是＂才德俱优,即言即行的人、是公认的有学问的人、是具有教学艺术的人、是热爱学生的人。＂昆体良的教师观对我国现代教师的培养仍然具有积极的借鉴作用。作为教师,应该具有崇高的道德水平、具有渊博的知识、具有精湛的教学技能、具有建立和谐师生关系的能力。
