| 摘 要： | 共青团工作的主要对象是团员青年,要使团员青年围绕学校的培养目标全面发展,进一步团结和凝聚团组织力量,就必须在＂以人为本＂上做好文章;而独立学院共青团组织更应该充分利用独立学院的独有特点解决其独有的问题,做好＂人＂的工作,因此合理有效地移植柔性管理是非常有必要的。

| Abstract: | The main work object of The Communist Youth League(CYL)is its youth member.Taking the human beings to be the fundamentalitymakes its youth member around the training goal of all-round development of school and the CYL's organizations'strength further unity.Independent college CYL's organizations should make full use of the specific characteristic of solving its unique problems and placehuman beingsto the first,so it is quite necessary to transplant soft management reasonably. |
