| 摘 要： | 高职教育中电子专业推行职业技能鉴定是必要的也是必然的,目前苏州地区高职院校电子专业在开展职业技能鉴定过程中存在培训体系和教学内容跟不上新技术的要求、管理体系不完善、技能培训和鉴定的人员层次不高、师资队伍薄弱及职业技能鉴定的经济效益与社会效益之间存在矛盾等不足,应通过学校加强自身管理和教学工作、政府职能机关加强监督和协调工作等措施,以促进电子专业职业技能鉴定的开展.

| Abstract: | It is necessary to implement occupational skill testing among electronics majors in vocational education.However,problems arise in vocational colleges in Suzhou.Training system and teaching contents cannot keep up with the new technical requirements;the management system is deficient;trainers and appraisers are inadequate.Besides,there is a contradiction between economic benefits and social benefits.The paper proposes to improve the teaching and management of colleges and strengthen supervision and coordination of the government agencies,in order to promote the occupational skill testing among electronics majors. |
