摘    要:针对国内电动汽车大功率动力电池化成检测系统设计研究现状,提出一种基于管理机、控制机和输出机上中下3层结构的系统设计方法.在硬件结构设计中,采用高性能微处理器作为主控制器,输入输出接口采用高速光电耦合隔离电路,并在控制算法中采用PWM脉宽调制控制方法.在软件功能设计中,采用模块化结构方法分为数据计算及数据处理、数据显示、数据存储、参数设计及调整等4大功能模块.系统实验装置运行结果的数据分析表明系统具有较好的应用前景.

Abstract:After a survey of researches on high-power traction battery formation testing system of electric vehicles, a three-layered structure design is offered consisting of management computer, control computer and output computer. On the part of hardware design, high-performance microcomputer is adopted as main controller, with high speed photo electricity coupling separated circuit as input and output interface, and pulse width modulation control used in control algorithm. For software design, modular design is used to divide the software system into four function parts, data calculating and processing, data displaying, data storing, parameter setting and regulating, and so on. Analysis of operation results indicates the design is widely applicable.
