| 摘 要： | 在对558名顶岗实习生开展问卷调查的基础上,从顶岗实习的效果和影响、师范生在顶岗实习中的困难和愿望、师范生在顶岗实习地的生活情况、自我管理等方面,梳理和总结了唐山师范学院2010年春季顶岗实习工作的经验和成果,并对进一步做好顶岗实习工作提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the results of the questionnaire survey about 558 students who take part in the substitution internship,a thorough summary on the experience and achievements of the substitution internship program is made by Tangshan Teachers College in the spring of 2010.It summarized the substitution internship from four perspectives： the results and effects of this program,students＇ difficulty and hopes in their work,students＇ living conditions in their workplace and their self-management ability shown in this program.Some suggestions to further improve the substitution internship program are also made. |
