港口集装箱吊具电缆随动系统改造

摘    要:针对港口集装箱岸桥吊具的电缆因岸桥吊随动系统不太可靠,使电缆频繁跑出电缆筐,直接影响岸桥吊作业的现状,使用PLC和丹佛斯VLT5022变频器组成的自动控制系统对其进行改造,较好地优化了港口集装箱岸桥吊具系统功能,提高了作业效率.

Abstract:Most cable servo-systems for container spreaders in harbors are unreliable, which makes cables slide out of cable brackets frequently and affects the perfomaance of spreaders. In this paper, the automatic control system is improved by PLC, VLT5022 frequency converter of Danfoss, which proves that the rate of accidents is on the decrease and operating efficiency is improved greatly after using this new control system.
