高等教育大众化：问题与对策

经过几年的扩招,我国高等教育已迈入了大众化阶段.由于我们高等教育大众化的发展是跨越式的发展,在进程中出现不少问题,主要表现为:一是教育质量下滑;二是专业建设的虚化;三是学生就业困难;四是政府投入不足严重制约高教大众化的发展等.因此我们应采取有效的措施:要稳妥地推进高校扩招,优化专业结构,树立正确的人才观,等等,使高等教育教育持续稳步健康地发展.

The Popularization of Hingher Education: Problem and Countermeasaure

As a result of expanded enrollment,our country's higher education has already headed into a popular stage.However,there are many problems existing because of the development pattern.The main problems are as follows: firstly,the quality of education is slipping;secondly,the construction of specialty is not practical;thirdly,students are hard to find jobs;fourthly,the development of higher education is restricted badly for government put not enough money in it.Consequently,we should take efficient measures,such as,advance expansion of enrollment steadily;optimize the structure of specialty;establish a correct thought of talent and so on in order to development the higher education sustainably,steadily and healthily.
