| 摘 要： | 我国田径运动在近十几年来发展一直不稳定，起伏很大，除个别项目外．大部分项目的成绩与世界的差距在加大，要想改变这种状况，青少年田径运动员的成材是关键．对近年来我国优秀青少年田径运动员成材状况进行研究，可为今后指导青少年选手训练及政策决策提供有益的借鉴经验。
