普京执政以来，俄罗斯从革命性的社会变革与社会动荡走向建设和稳定的新时期。随着中国在俄外交政策中定位的不断明确．中俄关系得到进一步发展，呈现出了新的特点，取得了令人瞩目的成就。目前，中俄关系虽然在迅速发展的过程中也出现了一些不和谐的声音和问题，但中俄关系的发展前景依然是可预测韵和乐观的。

Sino-Russian relations during Pufin

Since Putin took office, Russia has experienced the change from the Russian revolutionary social change and social upheaval to a new age of construction and stability. With China making a clear and constant foreign policy toward Russia, Sino-Russian relations have gained a further development which shows some new features and has scored remarkable achievements. At present, Sino-Russian relations, though in the process of rapid development, have also been some discordant voices and issues, but the prospects for the development of Sino-Russian relations are still predictable and optimistic.
