| 摘 要： | 药品追溯体系的构建是实现药品“可溯源、知去向、易追责”的关键环节,对于我国药品行业持续健康发展具有重要意义。然而现阶段我国兜售假药、问题疫苗等现象时有发生,且相关部门无法及时有效的打击制止此类恶劣行为,导致市场上药品监督管理秩序混乱,亟需构建基于区块链技术的药品追溯体系规范企业行为。通过分析构建药品追溯体系的基本动因,运用区块链技术重塑现有的药品追溯体系,最后从国家政府、社会企业、消费者三个层面探讨该新型体系的具体实现路径,以期推动基于区块链技术的药品追溯体系有序、高效运作。

Research on the Construction of Drug Traceability System Based on Block Chain Technology |

| Abstract: | The construction of drug traceability system is a key link to realize the "sources of drug can be investigated, whereabouts of drug can be chased, and responsibility of drug can be investigated it is urgent to construct a drug traceability system based on block chain technology to regulate corporate behavior. Through the analysis of the basic motivation of constructing the drug traceability system, the block chain technology is used to reshape the existing drug traceability system. Finally, the specific implementation path of the new system is discussed from the three levels of national government, social enterprise and consumer, with a view to promoting drug traceability system based on block chain technology to operate in an orderly and efficient manner. |
