摘    要:为加快浙江省水利工程质量检测信息化进程,满足水利工程质量智慧检测和监管的需求,提出了浙江省水利工程质量智慧检测顶层设计,在此基础上,开展了浙江省水利工程质量智慧检测管理系统的建设,包括系统建设目标、建设要求、系统组成等,并对系统的功能进行了详细的阐述,系统能够实现混凝土类、岩土类、金属结构类、量测类和机械类等五大类样品参数检测的实时传输、存储和统计分析以及对样品取样、委托、检测相关单位、检测人员、检测设备、检测人员行为和检测报告的服务和监管,最后对系统目前的应用情况进行了总结。

Top-level Design of Intelligent Detection and Construction of Detection Management System for Water Conservancy Projects Quality: A Case Study of Zhejiang Province
Abstract:In order to speed up the information process of quality detection of water conservancy projects in Zhejiang Province and meet the needs of intelligent detection of water conservancy projects quality, the top-level design for quality intelligent detection of water conservancy projects in Zhejiang Province was put forward. On this basis, the intelligent quality detection and supervision system for water conservancy projects in Zhejiang Province was constructed, including the construction objectives, construction requirements and system composition, and the functions of the system were described in detail. The system can realize real-time transmission, storage and statistical analysis of five kinds of sample parameters detection, such as concrete, rock and soil, metal structure, measurement and machinery, as well as service and supervision of sample sampling, commissioning, detection related company, detection personnel, detection equipments, detection personnel behavior and detection reports. Finally, the current application of the system was summarized.
