大规模学校教研组和备课组建设的思考

摘    要:在大规模和超大规模学校普遍采用了以年级组为主的管理模式、强化年级管理职能的同时,教研组的功能相对弱化甚至虚化,备课组建设得到重视,但仍然存在重形式、低效益的现象。本文提出了加强教研组和备课组建设的策略建议。

Considerations on the Construction of Teaching Research Group and Lesson Preparing Group in Large-scale Schools

Abstract:While large-scale and even super schools adopt and enhance the grade-based administration mode, the functions of teaching research group have relatively been weakened or even bleached. As a result, the construction of lesson preparing group is strengthened, but only ostensibly and inefficiently. Suggestions are made on enhancing the construction of teaching research group and lesson preparing group .
