| 摘 要： | 在大规模和超大规模学校普遍采用了以年级组为主的管理模式、强化年级管理职能的同时，教研组的功能相对弱化甚至虚化，备课组建设得到重视，但仍然存在重形式、低效益的现象。本文提出了加强教研组和备课组建设的策略建议。

As a result, the construction of lesson preparing group is strengthened, but only ostensibly and inefficiently. Suggestions are made on enhancing the construction of teaching research group and lesson preparing group . |
