论按生产要素分配的合理性

各种生产要素都在价值创造中发挥重要作用。因此，在进行分配时，应该以各种生产要素在作用创造中贡献的大小作为收入分配的标准。活劳动作为创造价值的源泉，理应取得报酬，这就是按劳分配。但资本，生产资料，知识技术和管理作为生产要素在生产过程中同样发挥重要作用，同时作为所有者凭借其所有权也应参加分配，获得相应报酬。

Rationality of Distribution in Line with Key Productive Elements

As various key productive elements play vital roles respectively in the production of value, the distribution of labor income should be based on the amount of contribution made by each key productive element in the process of production. Living labor, the source of value generation, should receive payment, which is what is referred to as distribution according to work. However, since capital, techniques and management have also played significant roles in the production process,owners of elements like capital, techniques and so on are supposed to participate in the distribution and should receive payment.
