| 摘 要： | 文章根据现代远程技术条件下开放教育的特点，从教育思想（教学理论）、教学目标、教学实施方案与教学策略、教学程序、师生角色关系处理和课程评价六个方面对课程教学模式的内容及结构进行了理论分析，并按教学模式的框架结构结合开放教育《管理学基础》教学实践阐述了课程的教学设计方法，包括针对学生个性特质因素来设计师生角色关系并采取相应的教学策略和教学内容模块分析与相应的教学策略等。上述教学设计及策略已在近几年课程的教学中{导到具体应用，并取得较好的效果。
