| 摘 要： | 对外贸易活动一方面可以反映一个国家或地区综合竞争力的高低，另一方面它还是牵动国民经济增长的动因之一。西北地区进出口总额仅占全国的1％，外商投资活动极其弱小。面对西北地区在对外贸易活动中的弱势地位，必须采取发展基础设施建设、推进产业结构调整、推进工业化、信息化发展、提高城镇化水平等一系列措施。才能真正解决西北地区对外贸易活动的差距问题。

| Abstract: | The import and export of Northwest China accounts for only 1% of the total value of the import and export of our country. The foreign businessmen seldom invest in this region. In such circumstances, a series of measures must be taken to develop the construction of the basic facilities, carry out the dajustment in industrial structure, and promote the development of industrialization and information industry. Only in such a way can we help Northwest China out of the present situation in foreign trade. |
