青岛市农业结构调整的现状、问题与对策

青岛市农业结构在调整中不断优化,2004年在中央一号文件的鼓舞下,青岛市农业结构以农民增收为目标加快了调整步伐。随着我国市场供求关系的变化,青岛市农业结构还存在优质专用农产品比重偏低、绿色食品发展不快、市区间发展不平衡、农产品附加值低和森林覆盖率还偏低等问题。青岛市要积极采取措施,加快农业结构调整,以促进农民增收、推进农业经济的发展。

The Present Condition, Problems and Countermeasures about the Adjustment of Agricultural Structure of Qingdao

The agricultural structure of Qingdao has been developing with the adjustment, and the adjustment of agricultural structure of Qingdao is speeding up for the sake of increasing income of peasants in 2004. But because of changes between supply and demand, the agricultural structure of Qingdao also has some problems, such as the lower proportion of agricultural products of high quality, the slower development of green food, unbalance of development between urban districts, the lower added value of agricultural products, and the lower rate of forest cover. In order to increase income of peasants and promote development of agricultural economy, Qingdao must positively adopt measures and further speed up adjustment of agricultural structure.
