| 摘 要： | 本文主要针对陕西汉江药业集团股份有限公司一分厂车间在制药过程中其化学反应罐的温度监测需求,设计了一种以工控机(IPC)为核心,全面解决多通道、高速测量的数据采集处理技术,具有多个测量点的高精度智能温度监测系统。运用性能价格比较好的热电阻Pt100作为温度传感器,建立以工控机与PCI接口的PCI-9113A硬件系统,具有一定的实用性和较高的社会推广价值。
