| 摘 要： | 快速换线是多品种、小批量生产型企业效率提升的关键因素。本文应用快速换线的原理对某正在向精益化迈进的企业的生产过程进行分析,通过内部换线和外部换线分离、缩短内部换线时间、缩短外部时间等步骤,使换线时间由原来的20min减少为5min,日产能提升20%。
