| 摘 要： | 我国国有银行运营中的很多问题,在很大程度上都与其单一的产权构成方式直接相关,因此,若不在更深层次上进行所有制改革,改变其产权模式,适应市场经济需要的银行资本运营机制将难以构造。除此之外,四大国有银行之间还应当加强业务合作和创新,精简机构和人员,搞好人员培养,建立和健全内控制度等。

| Abstract: | There are many operation problems,which has direct connection with the mode of single property right.If we do not reform the ownership on a deeper level and mode of property rights,it is very difficult to form bank capital operation system to adapt to the need of market economy.Besides,the Four State Banks should strengthen business cooperation,streamline government organs,train the personnel and build up inner control system,etc. |
