The Exploration into the Basic Theory and Practice of the New Educational Experiment

As a complicated, integrated and long-term experiment of reform, the new educational experiment is in pursuit of the following four educational state: creating the ideal paradise for students to enjoy the happiness of growth; becoming the ideal stage for teachers to make professional development: becoming an ideal terrace for schools to increase educational quality; becoming an spiritual homeland of new educational and an ideal village for teachers and students to grow up. The key philosophy of the new educational experiment is for all people and for everything of people. The basic viewpoint is to totally trust students' and teachers' potential; teach students what they can use in their whole life; pay attention to students' state of mind and advocate the experience of success; emphasize the personality development and pay attention to the education with characteristics; make teachers and students communicate with the lofty spirit of human beings. The exploration and the implementation of the new educational experiment involves six main actions; construct the intellectual surroundings in the campus; teachers and students write informal essays together; pay attention to what is happening outside the campus; develop the bilingual training program; set up the numeral community and construct the ideal classroom.
