| 摘 要： | 西方整合主义教育管理论形成于20世纪90年代，它是在后工业社会背景下形成的，以科学主义、人本主义、后现代主义哲学思想作为其思想基础的一个较有影响的理论流派。通过对整合主义主要内容与缺失的探析，试图从总体上对西方整合主义教育管理理论进行把握，以便更好地借鉴和学习西方教育管理理论。

| Abstract: | The theory of educational management of Western Conformity took form under the background of postindustry society in 1990s. As an influential theory genre, it takes the Scientifics, human-oriented and post-modern philosophy for the thought base. Through analyzing the main content, imperfect of the conformity, the article tries to grasp the educational management of Western Conformity, so to use for reference and learn the Western educational management theory. |
