| 摘 要： | 人类的管理理论经历一个不断创新的过程,而管理理论创新的背后总有其哲学基础,这一点从管理组织的治理结构来看表现得尤为突出,即早期的法人治理结构其哲学范式是“主－客”模式,当代的共同治理的结构其哲学范式是“主－客－主”模式。只有深刻揭示管理理论背后的哲学基础,才能进一步凸显哲学对管理的灵魂价值。

On Philosophical Prospect of Innovation in Management Theory |

| Abstract: | The innovation of management theory is developing, and its theory is based on the philosophy, which is manifested in the governance of management organization. It is to say that the traditional corporate governance is "subject-object", but the contemporary stockholder governance is "subject-object-subject". Only we reveal deeply philosophical base of management theory, can we further indicate the philosophical spirit of management. |
