摘    要:在6.0mol·L^-1 HCl介质中,碘酸根在KBr的催化作用下氧化钍试剂Ⅰ而使之褪色,且褪色程度与碘酸根含量呈线性关系,据此建立了一种测定痕量碘的新方法.实验结果表明:钍试剂Ⅰ的最大吸收波长为480nm,KIO3浓度在0.0214-8.56μg·mL^-1范围内与△A480nm之间基本符合比尔定律,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε为2.45×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1.该方法可直接用于测定食盐中痕量碘.

Abstract:A new method of determination of trace amounts of iodine in edible salt was proposed. The method was based on oxidation-decoloration of thorin by iodate with KBr as the catalyst in the medium of 6.0 mol·L^-1 HCl. The results showed that the maximum absorption wavelength of thorin Ⅰ is at 480 nm. and basically conforms to Bill's law when KIO3 concentration stays in the range of 0.0214-8.56μg·mL^-1 and △A480nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 2.45×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. The method can be directly employed in the determination of trace iodine in table salt with desirable results.
