| 摘 要： | 本文针对邢钢线材精制有限责任公司的实际生产条件,通过对每条生产线的工艺参数和实际生产参数进行实时、动态监测,收集和传送到技术质量管理部门这一完整的过程,比较和分析（自动或手动）,工艺控制稳定性即质量过程控制稳定性,从而支持管理部门在生产过程中对产品质量的监督和控制,提高企业的经济效益.

| Abstract: | According to Xingtai Steel Wire Refining Limited Liability Company＇s actual production conditions, this paper introduces each production line process parameters and the actual production parameters in real-time, dynamic monitoring, collection and transmission to the technical quality of the management deparanent of the process, and then compares and analyzes automatically or manually, comes to the conclusion that the stability of the process control just means quality process control stability, so as to support management in the production process of product quality supervision and control, improving economic efficiency of enterprises. |
