基于COSMOL Multiphysics的管式反应器仿真

摘    要:本文以多物理场耦合仿真软件COSMOL Muhiphysic为工具,建立了二维对称的管式反应器的数学模型.仿真计算了二级可逆放热反应过程,考察了反应器的温度分布和反应物的转化率分布情况。结果表明:温度和反应物的转化率均在壁面处达到最大值。

Abstract:In this paper, through using the multiphysics coupling simulation software COSMOL Multiphysic as the tool,a two-dimensional symmetric tubular reactor mathematical model is established. This paper studies the simulation calculation of the two reversible exothermie reaction, and the temperature of the reactor and the conversion rate distribution of the reactant are also researched. It was concluded that both the reactor temperature and the conversion of the reactant reach its maximum at the wall.
