试论如何提升职业指导效果和效率

职业指导和通常的就业指导不同,职业指导的出发点是促进就业,通过运用科学系统的方式方法,根据实际情况,有创造性的开展工作.目前,关于职业指导的教育工作还存在很多的问题,如何建立良好的机制,采取有效的方法,以提升职业指导的效果和效率是非常关键和需要我们探索的.本文就目前职业指导中存在—些问题,提出几点建议,以提升职业指导的效果和效率.

Analysis on How to Improve the Effect and Efficiency of Vocational Guidance

Differing from general vocational guidance, vocational counseling is aiming to promote employment. Based on actual conditions, it should do the work creatively using the scientific and systematic methods. Till now, there are many problems about the education of the vocation counseling, however, it is the most essential and worth exploring that how we develop the effective mechanism and adopt the efficient measures to lift the efficiency. In this paper, several suggestions about the above problems have been given and discussed.
