小学英语教师胜任期后专业成长轨迹研究

摘    要:小学英语教师胜任期后的发展会产生巨大差异。根据广泛调查和重点访谈,本文总结了胜任期后教师的职业轨迹,以及各发展阶段的特征,最后归纳出教师走向专家之路的途径。

Abstract:Teachers have a huge difference in the post--competent primary teachers period. Based on extensive surveys and focus interviews, the author sums up the career trajectory of post--competent teach- ers, the characteristics of the various development stages, as well as the way to the experts teachers.
