How to make use of the resources it has in its hands, how to deal with the complicated and competitive situation,and how to prevent the power corruption,it is a severe challenge for any governing party to encounter in order to consolidate its ruling position.In dealing with the three problems mentioned,the Communist Party of China is facing an even more complicated situation with even more arduous tasks.The present educational movement carried on in the whole Party,with the "three represents" as the guiding principle to maintain the advanced character of its members,is a practice of great significance in raising the Party's competency to exercise power.It provides an excellent model for the Party to strengthen its organization and to enhance its competency as a ruling party in terms of the guiding principle,the goal,and the plan mapped out for the movement.
