| 摘 要： | 针对建议压缩、甚至取消法律本科专业的观点，分析了这种观点来自对教育市场化和政法法律职业培养的狭隘认识，模糊了大学本科法律教育的自身定位，在实践中也并不可行。阐述了法律精英的培养决非简单提高办学层次就能获得成功，它需要与司法制度和职业环境的协调配合。提出法律本科教育担负着重要的培养法治国家的公民教育的职责，具有不可替代的地位，不可轻言废除。
