| 摘 要： | 国家治理能力建设是当前我国全面深化改革进程中的一项艰巨而紧迫的任务。政治结构分化是政治系统的深层次变迁,对于国家治理能力有着重要影响。国家治理能力体现为国家机制的运行情况和国家维护公共利益的政策,彰显了公权力的权威和效力,规范着国家、社会、市场之间的关系。从结构分化的视角来看,当前发展形势下,国家治理能力建设的重点是汲取能力、控制能力、创新能力等方面的制度建设。
