| Abstract: | According to the features of talent cultivation in higher vocational and technical education, as to talent cultivated model construction, we should strengthen the flexibility of practice teaching in higher vocational school based on professional qualification certificate subject standard ,which is helpful to improve the talent quality of higher technological skills and make students obtain employment successfully. |
