| Abstract: | The abilities of the subjective of technological innovation and the limitation of pursuit of self-interest maximization would lead to the technological innovational-ecological risk.It is necessary to build up a multi-dimensional preventing system in facing the risk.The system should include the subjective preventing of government and enterprise,the individual protection of research institute and the society,and the protection of Non-Profit Organization,etc. |
