| 摘 要： | 新时期高校思政工作应当增强以人为本的人性导向,具体可以从构建全面的人文素质课程体系;营造和优化一个健康向上、积极进取的校园文化环境;在学校软硬件建设中体现出浓郁的人文精神三方面入手,扬弃目前高校思政工作中教条的因素,激活其积极因素,开创思政工作的新局面。

| Abstract: | Under new ages,ideological education of higher schools should strengthen humanity guidance,which can be realized from three aspects;to construct overall humane quality course system,create and optimize a healthy and positive campus culture environment and embody a strong humane spirit in school's software and hardware construction.Only in this way,can ideological education of higher schools sublate the dogmatic factors and stimulate the active ones to create a new situation. |
