科学发展观指引下对法学实践性教学的再思考

在科学发展观指引下，检视我国法学教育的发展，就目前阶段来说，实践性教学确属薄弱环节。与案例教学法和诊所式教学法相比，模拟法庭教学法是效果最好的实践性教学方法。针对目前模拟法庭教学中存在的“偶然一次的重大活动式”、“做秀式”等问题，模拟法庭教学还应从多方面加以改进，比如，从制度上加以保障，纳入到教学计划的强制要求中，并在具体实施中切实做到以学生为主体，以锻炼学生的职业实务能力为唯一目的。
