以“解放思想”为指导在实际工作中必须解决的三个问题

党的十七大把解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进确立为党的思想路线。解放思想有利于抛弃经验主义和惯性思维，冲破一切阻碍科学发展的思想体制束缚；有利于进一步树立政治意识、大局意识、责任意识、创新意识、精细意识，用新的视角和思路创新发展理念、发展思路、发展举措和领导方法，从根本上解决影响发展的思想障碍、行为障碍和体制机制障碍。着力解决实际问题，是解放思想的根本意义所在。在以解放思想指导实际工作中必须解决三个思想、理论和实践上的问题，即如何破除迷信、如何掌握其内涵要义、如何指导基层工作。
