| 摘 要： | 新的办学体育的教育目标是：“培养出面向基层的技术应用，技术管理和服务的各类型人才。”，要实现这一新世纪目标，学生工作作为高校工作的重要组成部分，必须随着形势的变化在以往管理基础上加以更新。本简要就学生辅导，助困，第二课堂活动，就业等方面进行探索。
