| 摘 要： | 杨元元事件昭示出的大学工作人员教育性意识缺乏问题,反映了大学在文化、思想方面存在着严重的缺陷.这种缺陷导致大学的制度品质降低,意义贫乏,风气萎靡.杨元元事件产生的社会历史原因为:由于未对封建文化进行彻底地清理和革新,因而无法建设起显现大学本质和宗旨的现代大学文化和制度;教育原因为:由于教育目的工具化,因而引导工具性目的产生的功利性意识成为教育的核心观念,并且衍生出了教育领域中的势利传统,导致了类似于杨元元事件的教育悲剧的发生.
