| 摘 要： | 本实验以苹果为试材,通过营养物质含量与品质特性的测定,探究不同品种苹果间品质与营养成分的差异,探索评价及试验方法的可行性。结果表明,烟台富士的综合品质最佳,原因是其适宜的生长条件。吉县富士与红蛇果的品质相仿,青蛇果的综合品质较差。

| Abstract: | Apple fruit was as the material of experiment,studied on the nourishment of different species to show the differences of fruit quality of different species of apple.During the comparison,the best species was YanTai apple.Then the Jixian apple and Red delicious.The worst is green delicious. |
