| 摘 要： | 头项球技术程序教学结合声像技术教学，教学过程符合运动技能形成规律，有利理论与实践融为一体，加速学生头顶球技能的形成，是提高头顶球教学训练效果的有效途径。根据头顶球技术，一般特点和教学特殊性，探讨程序法结合声像技术的头顶球教学法。
